A 19th Century English Chest of Drawers or Dresser

A lovely and elegant English pine early 19th century solid chest of drawers. Painted a serene sage green. A good piece of old pine! Wooden knob hardware adorns the front with inset brass escutcheons. Stands atop delicately scrolled bracket feet. Dovetail construction. Drawers slide nicely! An heirloom piece that is extremely solid, heavy, and ready to use! This used to be a “cottage” chest that came apart into two pieces for moving around a small cottage. Now the top has been fully attached to the base.

Condition: scratches, dents, marks, stains, splits in timber, rings, historical repairs, uneven coloring, possibly replaced hardware, some stains in drawers, splits in the top wood but very usable - beautiful patina!
