A beautiful and VERY RARE English Regency period "what-not" shelf or dumb waiter. Wonderful details, including brass columns and brass galleries on the trays. Three legs with detailed reeding end in brass castors. Definitely the type of piece you would see in an English country house setting. An equally lovely and useful piece.
