An antique English country painted pine dresser base c1840. A taupe French grey, worn, painted base with a delightful mellow pine top. Chunky wooden knobs adorn each drawer. The beautiful thick top gives a solid feel. Doors on either end. Useful drawers run the length of the top. Strong and sturdy in joint and ready for use. A particularly heavy piece of furniture. Dovetail drawer construction. Imported from England.
