A Petite French Pine Gothic Bookcase c1900

A lovely and elegant (and useful!) small antique French pine bookcase with a lightly waxed finish. The patina on this piece is exactly what you want from good pine! The bookcase comes apart when you remove the wooden pegs from the sides. At the top of the bookcase on each side is a delightful gothic arch with tracery like details. This piece "wobbles" a bit (see video - Matt is pushing it quite hard), but its soooo fantastic! It isn't going to fall apart, I just couldn't figure out how to secure it without ruining the original build.

Condition: scratches, dents, marks, stains, splits, cracks, historical repairs, scroll on top left has been broken off and reattached (see pictures) - solid and ready to use, beautiful patina!
